Lancome Vernis In love Rouge Valentine is part of permanent range. Color is described as brick red. It does not have a lot orange in it, but it is definately warm toned medium red. In photos with flash it looks just plain classic red while in the photos that I took in daylight with direct sunlight you can see orange undertone.
Formula is as great as with any other Lancome nail polish I've tried. It amazes me that every single color has good formula, no issues with streaking, pulling, uneven color, chipping or peeling .. Lancome really did a great job with the whole Vernis In Love nail line.
I am huge fan of reds and I can never have enough of them. Classic reds, lighter, darker, more vampy, more burgundy, orangey... you name it I love it! I just can't see that any other color flatters woman's hands better than red.
