Star Bronzer palette really is star of Lancome aquatic summer 2013 collection. As soon as I laid my eyes on it I fell in love. I fell in love with an idea - easy to use, three products in one, blush highlighter and bronzer, portable, travel friendly, purse friendly with instructions on product placement and in the beautiful packaging. What more can a girl ask for? What a wonderful job Lancome did with this one!
As I mentioned it includes three shades:
blush which is peachy pink color with golden shimmer - BEAUTIFUL . one of the most beautiful blush colors I've ever seen
bronzer- light neutral toned brown with very subtle golden shimmer. It is extremely wearable since it has no red in it and being so light makes it perfect for lighter skin tones. Medium skin tones can also benefit from it since it's easily buildable
highlihter - in the pan it looks very golden but it applies like a sheer veil of golden without any glitter, just subtle glow
All three have smooth texture, are pigmented and blend effortlessly. They can be worn together or separately. I can see blush looking stunning even on it's own. Highlighter can even be worn all over the face, lightly, for that dewy look. Bronzer is one of the nicest ones I've tried. I use it as contour shade below my cheeks, or in a famous 3 shape, but can also be used all over face for that suntanned look.
Lancome followed path of Blush subtil palettes and created palette with the same idea but with focusing on bronzing shade.
Yes I have gazillion bronzers but I am so glad I picked up this one. For effortless look, easy breezy application and subtle sun kissed glow I highly recommend it.
Also it has great price point - 42$ for this kind of product is great especially compared to other high end bronzers (50$ and up)
