NARS blush Sin review, photos and swatches

Product Story
The ultimate authority in blush, NARS offers the industry's most iconic shades for cheeks. Natural, healthy-looking color that immediately enlivens the complexion. A light application for even the highest-intensity hues delivers a natural-looking flush.

Silky texture in matte and shimmering shades.
Micronized powder ensures soft, blendable application.
Iconic NARS shades.

Blush is the fastest and easiest way to give yourself a pick-me-up. Start by applying blush to the apples of the cheeks. Take what's left on the brush and sweep across the hairline, bridge of the nose, and the chin. Neutral-tone blushes can also be used to contour and sculpt the skin.

NARS Sin blush is described as berry tone with gold shimmer.

It's such a unique color and I do not have anything similar in my collection. Sin was actually one of my first NARS purchases. NARS is one of the rare brands that actually has very unique colors in their collection, bold and daring I would say.

Trying to capture the beauty of this color is pretty hard. You really need to see it in person. It is very pigmented although with a slightly dry texture. My only issue is golden shimmer that tends to migrate during application. Color is bold, but applies sheer and can be buildable without looking streaky. It blends nicely as any other NARS blush. I love wearing Sin with cool toned highlighter. It tones down red undertone in Sin.

I think Sin would show it's true beauty the best on medium skin tones.

When it comes to staying power I've never had problems with any of the NARS blushes but you can often read that they have one of the best staying power among blushes on the market.

After buying it , I regretted not getting it in a duo with Casino bronzer. Well, too late..

I made comparison swatches here with some other similar colors I own. Even though Sin looks plummy/berry  on it's own , when you see it compared to other shades in the same color range you will notice it has much stronger purple undertone.

NARS blush price has gone up significantly. When I started buying them 4 years ago they were 24$, now they retail for 29$.
